Ok, he's not my cup o' coffee, but he has a certain je ne sais quoi that many a fan find attractive.  I'm not sure if it's his utterly awful fashion sense (Lundqvist, help a brother out. PLEASE), or his Mad Men-esque hair do.  But some fans find him attractive, and possibly even swoon worthy.

I can see the attraction. That was until I saw the mustache.  Good Gravy, that thing needed to be put to its untimely demise.

Well, that’s his nickname according to BlueshirtsUnited .  Really? Is that the best they could come up with?

The 24 year old defenseman has made many a fan, male and female, swoon at one point or another during his time with the Rangers.  He’s a solid defenseman who uses his size and strength to his advantage. Many opponents fear his jaw, which rivals Girardi’s.  He is one of the few that have been able to pull off wearing @TheBroadwayHat.

Sadly, Sauer has suffered a concussion in last Monday’s game after getting leveled by Dion Phaneuf. I think I need to practice my nursing skills….
